Book Clubs at the Library

Book clubs are a great way to gain new perspectives and a sense of community. Whether you are a prolific reader or you just need inspiration, these groups are free and open to everyone! We host the following book clubs for adults:

Downtown Book Club-- meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 12:00 p.m.
May Selection: Devil’s Highway by Luis Alberto Urrea
June Selection: The Martian Chronicles by Ray Bradbury

Non-Fiction Book Club-- meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
May Selection: The Red Bandanna by Tom Rinaldi
June Selection: The First World War by Hew Strachan

New members are always encouraged to attend. These groups are informal, with group members helping to select books and create a welcoming space to have stimulating discussions. Each club works to choose a range of genres, topics and styles, helping members expand their reading horizons.

Check out infosoup.org or call us to request the book and join the discussion! No registration needed.
